Hoops Of Hope Hoops Of Hope - We need your help! Austin Gutwein was just nine years old when he was inspired to do something to help kids in Zambia. He decided to shoot 2057 shooting free throws (one for each child that is orphaned every school day) and raised $3,000.

Over the past four short years, Hoops of Hope participants have raised over $200,000. The money raised by participants has gone to sponsor over 100 orphans, build a high school in Twatchiyanda, Zambia, and last year, build a medical lab and counseling center in Sinazongwe, Zambia.
